Nurse Family Partnership

Full Description:

A free, voluntary program, is available to women who are pregnant with their first child and live in Essex County. A nurse regularly visits the first time mother-to-be in the comforts of her home. Services continue until the baby's second birthday. This program is not associated with protective services, and all information is kept in confidence.
